Encore's $1 $2 $3 sale signs drew me into the store and what a pleasant experience to find such fantastic deals on some great items. Everything is so well organized you guys work hard to make it easy on the customer, (Womens, Mens, Childrens items, sizes, and even color coordinated). We'll be back again. Thanks

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had consigning. I have been consigning for years and have never been treated as poorly as I was by the staff at Encore. Everything I went in or called I was glared at and looked down upon. DO NOT consign you clothing at Encore! It is so difficult to get the money you have earned! For example, you can not pick up any money between the 1st and 10th of the month, if you make less than $10 you can not pick it up, after the 10th of every month you can only pick you money up after 2pm, and that is if they have cash.....if they don't have cash they will ask you to try to come again. It took 2 months of calling and driving to Encore to finally receive my money. This is by far the worst resale store I have ever seen! Don't waste your time!
